Easy way to apply paint to a Paint Edger!

by stazy
(NJ, USA)

I have used a paint edger that has a pad and with guide rollers. The problem is the paint was always getting onto the roller wheels defeating the purpose of not getting paint on the ceiling. I discovered that the best way to prevent this was to pour some paint onto a styrofoam plate and then placing the pad into it. This solved my problem of getting paint onto the wheels since the plate did not have a lot of paint on it. I did have to keep refilling the plate, but it was easier than having to fix my paint goof-ups on the ceiling!
