Check the Weather Report Before Doing an Outside Job !

My husband likes to tinker around the house. Most of the time he can figure out what he's doing except for the time he decided to put in a new front door.
The new door was a bit smaller than the old one so he had to build a new frame for it too and it took a bit longer than he'd figured.

The door had to be removed while he tried to get the new frame in and while the weather was great at the beginning of the day, it deteriorated into a very gusty thunderstorm by the end of the day. Needless to say, our foyer was soaked to say the least !
